of Piskel below.
We provide applications for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.

About the offline applications
Piskel is built as a browser-based editor first. The offline applications are based on the Piskel
editor,
with a few differences worth highlighting.
Pros
- no internet connection needed
- save to a file without downloading a copy
Cons
- not connected to your piskelapp.com account
- performance is usually better with the online version
- limited testing and quality assurance
